Fall Classes Launching!

Gentle Lion Fall Classes

We hope that you had a blessed summer.  With school back in session and it's feeling like fall, we wanted to send you a few things that are starting back up at Gentle Lion.  Here are some highlights we're looking forward to!

"Sunday's With JT" In-Person Class
 
• Gentle Lion Men: We're excited to be restarting "Sunday's with JT" Gentle Lion Men's Group, Sunday September 19th at 5 PM. 
• This class will be led by two of our Gentle Lion leaders, Jared Stevenson and Tom Almond, with the kick-off event on September 19th, and will be joined by our Gentle Lion men's leadership team.
• This time provides an alternative time to meet, outside of your "work-a-day" week schedule. 
• We will be going through the Authentic Manhood 33 Volume Series and books will be provided for not charge to you.

In-Person Gentle Lion "Breakfast Burrito" Group Restarts Too

On Tuesday September 21st, we start back in-person at our Headquarters with our Breakfast Burrito Group at 7 AM.  We will be going through the Authentic Manhood 33 Volume Series, at the same pace as the Sunday's With JT class.  So, if you miss a class on Sunday or can't make it to the Breakfast Burrito Group, you can pick up the other class right where you left off.  The Authentic Manhood 33 Volume Series is an excellent study and one of our core in-person curriculums.  You won't want to miss this awesome class, Tuesday's at 7 AM at 616 Arizona Ave, Bend, OR 97703. 

Gentle Lion Continues Zoom Class

For those of you who have attended our remote Zoom classes, since we recalibrated and started them on April 1st, 2020, we have had amazing times of fellowship, prayer, encouragement and camaraderie, to say the least.  Every Wednesday at 7 AM, we continue our book studies, currently finishing up the "Irresistible Husband" study by Ed Cole.  We also have other studies in the works, specifically Play the Man by Mark Batterson (starting Wednesday October 20th.  These resources are available with no charge to you.  Please stop by our office in Bend to pick up your copy!  If you are joining us from a distance we will mail a copy to you.  Please just let us know.  We look forward to seeing you at zoom.us/j/6700065485 this Wednesday!

You were not created for autonomy.  You were created for community!  Please take your role in your home seriously and engage with your spouse, children, family, friends.  We pray that you will join one of our classes, be challenged as a person and grow at an even deeper level.
