~ Happy New Year From Gentle Lion ~ As a quick update, we're excited to start back with our second block of the Winter session this week, as follows: 1) Breakfast Burritos- In-person classes will continue tomorrow morning, January 21st at 7 AM, as we start a new Manhood 33 Series called, "A Man & His Story". These teachings will run from Tuesday January 21st to March 18th. 2) "THE SHACK" MOVIE NIGHT: DATE: TBD. Please RSVP by responding to this email or filling out the RSVP form on our website. 3) Zoom classes will continue online this Wednesday January 8th with Chapter 14 "Where is My Treasure?"from the book study Running Scared by Edward Welch at zoom.us/j/6700065485 This class is a great option for those of you who live far away or are in Central Oregon but it is more convenient to join us remotely. We have a great flow with our Zoom class, with amazing times of fellowship, prayer, encouragement and camaraderie to say the least. _______________________________________________________________________ You were not created for autonomy. We have had a great few weeks of events and classes. See above photo of Major B after he spoke to the Sandy Varsity Football team before their playoff game earlier this month. Also, we are sending a quick reminder that we don't have classes this week with Thanksgiving, but pray that you and your family have a blessed and safe Thanksgiving Week. Tomorrow's 6:30 PM class at the Lion's Den, will help you understand and give you tools to manage your emotions, starting on December 3rd too. Some quick updates with the scheduling... This week has arrived. We are starting back with our in-person trainings, breakfast burritos and worship together. You are invited to the Lion's Den Headquarters at 2251 SW Yew Court, Redmond, Oregon 97756, as follows: 1) Breakfast Burritos- In-person groups are back, starting tomorrow at 7 AM with the "Wild At Heart" series. This 6 week series will run from Tuesday January 9th to February 13th. 2) Zoom classes will kick back this week as well, continuing on Wednesday November 3rd at 7 AM, as we continue Chapter 16 "Financial Freedom" of our book study from Real Man by Paul Cole at zoom.us/j/6700065485 This is a great option for those of you who live far away or are in Central Oregon but it is more convenient to join us remotely, we have a great flow with our Zoom class, with amazing times of fellowship, prayer, encouragement and camaraderie to say the least. 3) "Getting Real with Major B" evening classs- Addressing "your" real life challenges with real life solutions!
